General
The lead time for an AEONrv after deposit is typically about 6 months, but reach out to sales@aeonrv.com as we do have build slots that open up for earlier delivery.
We offer two convenient repair options based on the complexity of the repairs needed. The first option is in-house repairs at our facility in Reno, NV. The second option is our mobile support team, which can travel directly to you for on-site repairs.
We have a support team that handles customer support technical questions, 5 days a week, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
No, but we do have a manufacturing facility to tour to gain insight into the product we are producing.
We don’t have a showroom, but we give tours of our facilities in Reno. Please contact us to make arrangements.
No. We currently only deliver in the United States. We will deliver to Canada later this year.

We will contact you when your VIN number has been assigned. This is about 2 months before delivery. At this time, you will also choose your options.

Yes, we offer two-year bumper-to-bumper coverage on our build and components. Ford has a 3-year or 36K miles warranty on the vehicle. Individual components and appliances have their own warranties.

We offer a range of services at our Reno facility, including warranty work, repairs, and new options. We also have a mobile service team that can perform most of our services and repairs.

The length is 22 feet, height 10 feet, width 85 inches (7 feet. The length does not include the mini-split at the back of the RV.
The lowest point is the rear differential, which is 8’’ from the ground. It is protected with a steel skid plate.
The AEONrv has a towing capacity of 5,000 lbs (2,267 kg).
The AEONrv (GVWR) is 8,450 lbs. 3833 kg.
The AEONrv sits on a Ford Transit EcoBoost all-wheel drive (AWD) chassis platform, making it a 4-wheel drive capable. There is no option to turn on/off the AWD, but it is equipped with dedicated drive modes depending on road conditions.
The AEON is very off-road capable. The vehicle boasts a Van Compass 2” lift kit, custom front coil, and rear leaf springs, Falcon tuned rear shocks, and BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires, ensuring stability and rugged performance on the toughest terrains. A rear bumper with recovery points, rear differential skid plate, optional front winch bumper, and optional intercooler skid plate.
The composite construction makes the AEONRv one of the first true all-season expedition vehicles, capable of handling extreme temperatures while maintaining comfort inside. With an R-15 insulation rating, the cabin is designed to keep adventurers warm in the coldest conditions and cool in scorching heat.
