RV Technician I / II

AEONrv is hiring RV Technicians (I and II) to join our manufacturing team in Reno and help build the AEONrv from start to finish. You will follow detailed manufacturing manuals, guides and procedures to install components and systems using hand and power tools, along with automated and semi-automated manufacturing aids. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined people who want to build their skills while helping the company meet its goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and install vehicle components and systems, including fiberglass reinforced panels and pultrusions; electrical wiring and systems such as solar panels, batteries, inverters, panels and air conditioning; plumbing systems including sinks, showers, toilets and water heaters; cabinetry, drawers, hinges and slides; and finish items such as flooring, countertops and trim.
• Work with a high degree of skill and focus on quality and detail.
• Work with an eye toward safety and continuous improvement for yourself and others.
• Keep work areas clean throughout the day, and take on other duties as assigned.

What you bring

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to read floor plans, layouts and technical diagrams.
• Knowledge of 12/24 volt DC and 120 volt AC systems.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated and reliable, with clear communication and analytical problem solving.
• A fast learner who works well independently and on a team.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.
• Comfortable working in tight quarters and able to lift 50+ pounds.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience. A trade or 2-year degree is preferred.
• Automotive, manufacturing or construction experience is an asset. Specialty automotive or RV manufacturing experience, or an electrical or plumbing/HVAC certification, is a bonus.
• A valid driver's license.
