These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the AEONrv Adventurers Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to these Terms, which are in addition to AEONrv’s general Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other applicable agreements.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open only to individuals who are 18 years or older and legally reside in the United States or Canada.
  
• Referrers must have an active AEONrv account or verifiable referral link issued by AEONrv.
  
• AEONrv employees, contractors, and affiliates may not be eligible to participate unless expressly permitted.

2. Referral Rewards

• A successful “Referral” occurs when:
  
  
  • A new customer (“Referred Customer”) uses the Referrer’s unique referral link to purchase an AEONrv vehicle, and
    
  • The purchase is completed, including final payment in full, and delivery is accepted.
    
    
• Reward structure:
  
  
  • The Referred Customer receives $2,000 off their AEONrv purchase.
    
  • The Referrer receives a $1,000 credit (which may be applied toward future AEONrv purchases, service, or accessories) or a $1,000 cash payment, at AEONrv’s discretion, after the Referred Customer’s final payment is received.
    
    
• Rewards are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for any other consideration unless AEONrv provides written approval.

3. Limits & Tracking

• There is no maximum number of referrals per Referrer. AEONrv will maintain records of referrals and associated rewards.
  
• Referrals must be tracked through the unique referral link provided by AEONrv. AEONrv is not responsible for untracked or misattributed referrals.
  
• AEONrv reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any referral in its sole discretion.

4. Taxes

• Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. Referrers are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. AEONrv may require the submission of tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form W-9) prior to issuing rewards.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Misconduct

• AEONrv reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards, or terminate participation, if it suspects fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
  
• Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
  
  
  • Self-referrals or attempts to create fake customer accounts.
    
  • Public posting of referral links on coupon sites, resale platforms, or other unauthorized channels.
    
  • Misrepresentation of AEONrv products, pricing, or policies.

6. Program Changes and Termination

• AEONrv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  
• Any changes will not affect referrals already in progress, provided that the purchase and delivery are completed within 90 days of the change.

7. Limitation of Liability

• AEONrv is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected referrals.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEONrv disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
  
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Reno, Nevada.

9. Miscellaneous

• Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between Referrers and AEONrv.
  
• AEONrv’s decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and interpretation of these Terms are final and binding.

By participating in the AEONrv Adventurers Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
