AEONrv Delivers Its 100th Vehicle

A Major Milestone in Our Growth and Manufacturing Journey

AEONrv has officially delivered its 100th vehicle, marking an important milestone for our company and our growing community of owners. Vehicle #100 was picked up this week at our Reno facility by Brad, who traveled from Kansas City, Missouri to take delivery of his AEONrv.

From Concept to Scaled Production

AEONrv was founded in 2021 with a straightforward mission: re-engineer the recreational vehicle using modern and green technology. What began with early prototypes and a small engineering team has evolved into a full-scale manufacturing operation in Northern Nevada.

Today, AEONrv operates out of a 70,000 square foot high-tech facility near the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, supported by a team of more than 70 employees. The facility features advanced fabrication equipment and modern manufacturing processes that allow us to build vehicles with consistent quality, improved efficiency, and a strong focus on craftsmanship.

Reaching 100 deliveries reflects the steady progress of our production line. Each vehicle demonstrates tighter systems, refined workflows, and continuous improvements driven by real-world experience and customer feedback.

What Sets AEONrv Apart

Every AEONrv is built with a fully electric cabin, marine-grade materials, and advanced off-grid power systems. Standard features include Battle Born lithium batteries manufactured in Reno, an 800 watt solar array, and a highly insulated composite cabin designed for true four-season comfort.

These capabilities allow owners to travel farther, stay off-grid longer, and work remotely without relying on propane, generators, or traditional hookups. Combining off-road performance with a bright, modern living space, AEONrv offers a new approach to mobile travel and outdoor adventure.
