This October, two AEONrv builds cross the country on separate routes, so you can see the all-season, electric cabin RV in person without a trip to Reno. One route runs south from Reno to Greensboro. The other runs north from Salt Lake City to Pittsburgh. Both finish at Overland Expo East in Arrington, Virginia.
Two routes, two models
The southern route runs the AEONrv. It leaves Reno on October 2 and stops in twelve cities between Las Vegas and Greensboro. The AEONrv is 22 feet long on a 156 inch wheelbase and sleeps two to three.
The northern route runs the AEONrv EXT. Seven meet-ups, October 13 to 20, each at an REI. The AEONrv EXT is 23 feet 6 inches long on a 178 inch wheelbase and sleeps three to four. If you are comparing floor plans, this is the one to see before you choose.

Where both models meet: Overland Expo East
Both routes end at Overland Expo East, October 23 to 25 at Oak Ridge Estate in Arrington, Virginia. It is the one place this fall to see the AEONrv and the AEONrv EXT side by side.
After the expo, the AEONrv continues to the OC RV & Van Lifestyle Show in Ocean City, Maryland, October 29 to November 1.
What to look at when you visit
Each stop is staffed by the team that builds the AEONrv, so bring specifics. A few places to start:
- The shell. AEONrv is FRP construction at roughly R-15, not a converted metal shell. The insulated fiberglass composite cabin has dual-pane acrylic windows and no thermal transfer path through a metal skin.
- The electric cabin. No propane and no generator. A 9K BTU mini-split heats down to -13F, backed by an Espar ducted gas heater that works to 13,000 feet.
- The off-grid power. A Victron platform with lithium batteries: 5.12 kWh and 800 W of rooftop solar on the AEONrv, 10.24 kWh and 1,200 W on the AEONrv EXT.
- The interior. New for 2026, a wood-free interior with PET foam cabinetry made from recycled plastic bottles, up to 50 percent lighter than wood.
- The layout. A private 60 by 80 queen on the AEONrv. North-south twin beds that combine into one on the AEONrv EXT.
