Built in Reno

Every AEONrv is designed and built in Reno, Nevada. That is not a detail of geography, it is how the vehicle gets better. Engineering, production, and support sit in the same building, so a change that comes out of an owner conversation on Monday can be on the line by the end of the quarter.

“Five years ago, we set out to build an RV from first principles, challenging decades of conventional thinking to create something fundamentally better. Ranking No. 66 among the fastest-growing private companies in America validates that vision, but more importantly, it reflects the trust our customers have placed in us. We’re incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished, and we’re just getting started.”

The Platform

What the growth is built on

AEONrv started in 2021 with a question: what would an RV look like if it were engineered from first principles instead of assembled from RV industry convention? The answer became a new category of adventure vehicle, built on four decisions.

Rooftop solar array on the AEONrv
Electrical

An all-electric cabin.

No propane, no generator. Heating, cooling, cooking, hot water, and onboard power all run on electricity from a Victron energy platform with rooftop solar and a lithium bank. Three ways to charge: solar, alternator, and shore power.

Camp at a trailhead for days without a hookup in sight.

Insulation

An all-season composite cabin.

Insulated fiberglass composite, thermal transfer free, with insulated doors and dual pane acrylic windows, averaging R-15. A 9K BTU mini-split with heat pump works down to -13F.

Ski in January, desert in July, same vehicle.

Construction · New for 2026

Wood-free construction.

Cabinetry and interior side panels use a PET structural foam core made from recycled plastic bottles. Up to 50% lighter than the wood it replaces, with better durability and moisture resistance. It resists rattling, warping, and water damage.

It frees up payload for the gear you actually want to carry.

Direct

Sold direct.

No dealer network. Owners talk to the people who designed and built their vehicle, before the sale and long after it.

One conversation, from build slot to trailhead.

Thank you to the owners who trusted us early, and to the team in Reno who builds every one of these. We are just getting started.
