A milestone event celebrating innovation, community, and the future of off-road exploration.
On June 18, 2025, AEONrv welcomed the public into our newly expanded manufacturing facility in Reno, Nevada, for a special Open House event that marked the official launch of the 2025 AEONrv model. Attendees from across the region—including customers, partners, media, and outdoor adventure enthusiasts—came together to see first-hand how AEONrv is redefining the high-tech RV experience.
Introducing the 2025 AEONrv

The event spotlighted the newest AEONrv build: a rugged, all-season, all-electric cabin built on a Ford Transit AWD chassis and packed with upgrades. Highlights of the 2025 model include:
- Expanded off-grid capability with up to 13.6kWh of lithium battery power, 800W rooftop solar, and a 3,000VA Victron inverter/charger.
- Enhanced comfort and livability, with marine-grade materials, premium insulation, a powerful heating and cooling system, and thoughtful interior design.
- Off-road performance upgrades like a 2” Van Compass lift, Falcon custom-tuned shocks, and BFGoodrich KO2 all-terrain tires.
Guests had the opportunity to step inside the new AEONrv, tour the facility , and speak directly with our engineering team about the innovations that make AEONrv uniquely capable of year-round travel—on or off the grid.

A Community Celebration
This Open House was more than a product showcase. It was a celebration of the community and partnerships that have helped bring AEONrv to life.
We were honored to be joined by representatives from:
- NCET (Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology), who recently named AEONrv as 2025 Manufacturing Company of the Year.
- Manufacture Nevada, a key partner in scaling our operations and workforce development.
- University of Nevada, Reno, whose engineering program has supported AEONrv with talented interns and research collaboration.
- Dragonfly Energy, makers of Battle Born Batteries and key contributors to our off-grid power system.
The Reno–Sparks Chamber of Commerce led a ribbon cutting ceremony to formally commemorate this important step forward for AEONrv and for advanced manufacturing in Nevada.
Behind the Scenes: Facility Tours & Live Demos
Throughout the event, guests toured our 70,000-square-foot facility, met the team behind the builds, and saw AEONrv production in action—from raw chassis to finished cabin. Live demonstrations included system monitoring via Victron Cerbo GX.
What Comes Next
If you couldn’t attend the Open House, you’ll soon be able to explore highlights on our YouTube channel and social media platforms. We’re also scheduling private tours for those interested in seeing the 2025 model up close.
AEONrv is now accepting fully refundable deposits for 2025 builds. With high demand and limited production, now is the time to secure your spot in the queue and begin customizing your all-season, all-terrain RV.
Thank You
To our partners, supporters, and community: thank you for making this event such a success. AEONrv is more than a vehicle—it's a movement toward smarter, greener, and more capable exploration. We’re thrilled to have you along for the ride.
Explore with freedom.
